It has a bedroom (one queen size bed 160×200), equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, bath tub and bidet, living room with dining area and sofa bed for 3° Guest. The property includes 3 balconies, a private one, a shared one and a rooftop solarium terrace accessible by building stairs.

In your Sweet Home 23 you have 2 smart TV 43” with Netflix, voice assistance Alexa, WiFi internet, hair dryer, AC, drying rack, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, washer dryer, safe and a complete kitchen equipment with microwave oven and dishwasher.

For your convenience we provide you bath towels and bed linen with an extra charge.
By request we provide a portable cot/crib and high chair free of charge. Important to know:

The apartment is situated in the historical center of Como (limited traffic area) and it is not possible to drive there. It is however possible to have a private parking space situated 5 minutes walking distance, € 40,00 per day.
Tourist tax € 2 per day to be paid on spot.

Limited power supply: in Italy the power supply is limited (3,5KW), please do not use all the electric facilities at the same time (avoid using microwave and stove at the same time).
Please do not place hot and / or greased pots and pans on the kitchen counter, please put a chopping board underneath.

In summer please close the windows’ curtains when you are out to keep a not too hot inside temperature and switch off the AC to save energy.
