Ground floor are the equipped kitchen with dining area and a sofa and the bathroom with a spacious shower. The bedroom is upstairs, queen size bed
( 160x200cm), the soft lightings and the exposed wooden beams create here a magical atmosphere.

The property has two balconies, a shared one and a rooftop solarium terrace accessible by the building stairs.
The apartment has 2 smart TV 43”, Alexa voice assistance, WiFi internet, AC, drying rack, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, washer dryer, complete kitchen equipment ( microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher) and safe.

For your convenience we provide you bath towels and bed linen with an extra charge.

By request we provide a portable cot/crib and high chair free of charge. Important to know:
The apartment is situated in the historical center of Como (limited traffic area) and it is not possible to drive there. It is however possible to have a private parking space situated 5 minutes walking distance, € 40,00 per day.
Tourist tax € 2 per day to be paid on spot.
Limited power supply: in Italy the power supply is limited (3,5KW), please do not use all the electrical facilities at the same time (avoid using microwave and stove at the same time).
Please do not place hot and / or greased pots and pans on the kitchen counter, please put a chopping board underneath.
In summer please close the windows’ curtains when you are out to keep a not too hot inside temperature and switch off the AC to save energy.
