We take care welcoming and guiding you to discover our home-land ; we do it with cate, never with intrusion.

To better accomodate you, we opted for high quality materials.
Our Linen is the best Egyptian cotton of the Italian brand “Frette”.
For your Body care the precious “Acqua di Parma” colony and the freshness of the “Erbolario” lines.
We offer you the best “ Nespresso Italia Coffee”from its unmistakable aromas Rome, Venice, Florence and Naples , Teas and Herbal-Teas, Condiments from certified organic crops.
You will be supported by the voice assistant Amazon Alexa, entertained by Smart TV, Board Games but also from Books and other reading materials.

Our sweet homes have grown in two different locations, both part of us.
We and our parents used to spend our summer on the shores of the lake then , all over the year we lived and breathed every street of the town coloring it with nice memories. We then transmitted the same emotions and experiences to our children.We all would like transferring the same pathos for our home-, our town, our values and traditions to as many people as possible.
Enthusiasm is our engine in doing everything with care and familiarity.

Lake Como San Siro
Our Boutique Apartments on the lake are located in S. Siro, a small and quiet resort.
Our apartments face directly on the shore from the clear waters and beaches suitable for bathing.You will live many experiences on your own or joining a Tour. On foot , by car or by boat are different options to discover our lake , its culture and the stunning beauty of its hamlets.
On the same shore you can visit the important historic Villas with their beautiful botanical Gardens,( see “Villa Carlotta” famous for its beautiful Park with the exceptional flowering of azaleas or” Villa Balbianello”,known for its beauty and for being the chosen location for “Star Wars”and James Bond movies…
Lake Como is admired worldwide and several actors have chosen to live here, as well as George Clooney in its amazing “Villa Oleandra”.
In just three minutes you are in Menaggio embarking with the car on the ferry, reaching the opposite shore of the lake.To welcome you is Bellagio, then discovering Faggeto Lario with its Lido and Torno, famous for its romantic square by the lake.

Our Boutique Apartments in Como are located in the heart of the Town, in a central but discreet and quiet corner. Our apartments are in the pedestrian area , in a historic core retaining the appearance of the original Roman Castrum with its medieval walls and high towers.
The historic worldwide appreciated Centre of Como is beautiful, characterized by its streets, its tunnels its historic buildings, its Monuments, , its places of Worship of great charm and history.
Como is a part of land welcomed to its sides by green mountains and partly bathed by its homonymous lake. Its Highlights are within walking distance. from our apartments; only 2 minutes from the Cathedral, 5 minutes to embark, 10 minutes from the Funicular and 12 minutes to reach the Central Railway Station.
“Via 5 Giornate” is the most important street in the centre and right under the house you can enjoy shopping from the most important brands.
The Street is also the hub of nightlife , right to discover local bars, restaurants where appreciating our culture and the best Italian Cuisine.
